Chris takes great pride in helping each of his clients, with a wide variety of physical restrictions, achieve a higher degree of health and wellness. He is proficient in assessing client health through comprehensive assessments and functional movement screenings. He then creates individualized exercise programs, with proper progression to mitigate injury risk. To keep clients engaged, Chris encourages a positive, high-energy environment with a variety of exercise modality. He also teaches his clients the importance of nutrition, sleep and many other aspects of wellness. Chris is committed to promoting wellness as a way of life.
Chris Quint has a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Health and Performance and certifications from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (CSCS) and the American Council of Exercise (CPT). He has 15-years experience providing functional movement screenings, corrective exercise programs, and individual and group program design/training to a diverse group of clients. More importantly, Chris has a passion for knowledge and is always continuing his education for a deeper understanding on how the human body was designed to work. He loves being able to teach and empower people to take control of their health.
